Basically my problem is when I’m trying to use mail to in anchor tag, when adding a subject in Hebrew, some of the computers can see it correctly when it opens the outlook mail, but some will see the subject on the outlook mail in jibrish (weird signs)subject example
I tried to write the subject using some signs(that convert to Hebrew) instead of writing the subject directly in Hebrewexample here
